Spiritual Exploration
An 8-Gate Shamanic Initiation into Direct Experience
This is not a course.
It is not therapy.
It is not self-improvement.
Spiritual Exploration is a self-paced, audio-led initiation designed to return you to direct, embodied experience, beneath insight, beneath identity, beneath spiritual performance.
This work does not aim to fix you.
It does not offer techniques to optimize your life.
It does not promise healing outcomes.
It invites you to slow down, feel what is actually here, and learn to perceive reality without interpretation.
If you are looking for answers, frameworks, or inspiration, this is not for you.
If you are tired of knowing and still not being free, continue reading.
What This Work Is
An exploratory initiation, not a linear journey
Audio-first, body-based, and deliberately slow
Structured through eight Gates, each oriented toward direct perception rather than understanding
Designed to be entered alone, without performance or external validation
Grounded in shamanic perception and modern awareness practice, without mythologizing or spectacle
This work trains capacity, not belief.
What This Work Is Not
This is not psychotherapy, medical care, or trauma treatment.
It is not a substitute for professional mental health support.
It is not for:
People seeking diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention
Anyone wanting to be fixed, healed, or carried by a teacher
Those looking for peak experiences, quick enlightenment, or psychedelic-style intensity
People unwilling to feel their body or remain present during discomfort
Anyone outsourcing authority to a lineage, belief system, or guide
Participants are responsible for their own nervous system regulation.
Those with unmanaged psychosis, dissociation, or active addiction should not participate without appropriate professional support.
Who This Is For
This work is for adults who:
Have engaged therapy, mindfulness, or spiritual practice and still feel contracted
Can name their patterns but cannot stop repeating them
Sense that the mind narrates more than it tells the truth
Are willing to slow down rather than seek intensity
Are ready to listen to the body without trying to correct it
This is not beginner spirituality.
It assumes discernment, self-responsibility, and emotional literacy.
The Structure: Eight Gates
You will move through eight Gates, each one oriented around a single perceptual truth.
Each Gate includes:
Short audio teachings (voice as transmission)
One primary embodied practice or journey
A simple integration ritual
A reflective prompt grounded in lived experience
There are no quizzes, no performance metrics, and no timelines to “keep up with.”
You move at your own pace, but not at the pace of avoidance.
Minimum pacing is suggested. Integration determines progression.
What This Work Often Shifts
Participants commonly report:
Increased ability to remain present during discomfort
Less identification with anxiety, story, and internal narration
Greater perceptual clarity in relationships and decisions
A quieter, more stable inner orientation
Reduced reliance on insight as a coping mechanism
This work is subtle.
Its effects are cumulative.
Once entered, it is not reversible.
Guidance & Completion
This container is self-paced and intentionally solitary.
I do not guide you through the process as it unfolds.
At the completion of the eighth Gate, you are invited to a live closing integration circle held in group format via Zoom.
This gathering is included.
It is not therapeutic processing.
It is a sealing and orientation, not continued instruction.
The container does the work.
I seal it.
