Iris Rivera

This work is not about fixing, it is about remembering.

I work with those who have already tried fixing themselves. People who are tired of insight without relief. People who sense that something deeper is asking to be addressed, not analyzed.

I hold space for people who are done with the noise, the masks, and the half-answers and are ready to see themselves clearly.

My work blends shamanic lineage practices, healing rituals, and soul-level restoration with grounded mindfulness and applied nervous system awareness.

This is not spiritual bypassing. This is embodied work.

In this space, you begin to release:

  • anxiety that has quietly become your baseline.

  • coping strategies that once helped but now exhaust you.

  • the belief that peace requires more effort, time, or explanation.

What you gain is clarity lived in your body, not just your mind.

What emerges is not a concept of clarity, but clarity felt in your body, reflected in your relationships, and expressed in how you move through life.

This work is for those ready to reconnect with themselves without performance, force, or spiritual theater.

When people ask me what I do, I tell them:

“I don’t fix people.”

MY STORY

Outside of my work, I live a grounded, relational life.

I am a mother and a grandmother.

I have spent extended periods living abroad in East Africa and Eastern Europe, experiences that shaped how I understand community, resilience, and healing beyond Western frameworks.

When I am not working with clients, I spend time with my family, move my body through hoop dance, and work with music as a way to regulate, restore, and reconnect.

My life is not separate from this work.

It is how the work stays real.
